FML Mondays are a weekly industry event happening every Monday night at Flash on Church located at 463 Church Street in Toronto featuring a DJ and spotlight drag performances by established and upcoming queens.

The Pregame event features 2 drag queens putting on 2 sets between 9:30PM and 11PM followed by the main event featuring dancing and 2 more sets of drag performances. Queens change on a weekly basis and the DJs are DJ Sumation (voted the top DJ on Church Street) and DJ Sammm (voted in the top 3).
